  1. In this part of Stolen, I felt as if Gemma started to open up more. I have no idea how Gemma handles leaving her friends and family so well. She does think about them a lot, but I know for a fact that without my friends and family I would not be able to survive and go on because they help me get throught the worst. I am sure that Gemma is probably wishing that her friends and family were there to help her through the kidnapping, but of course if they were, she would not be in such a predicament. As expected, she took the part where Ty revealed how he knew all about her not well at all. I do think that she knew that he was stalking her, but she did not seem to want to admit it to herself until he told her himself. No one wants to admit that someone could know so much about them and have been everywhere they have for six years. Surprisingly, Gemma seems to take being away from the city quite well, which would not be possible for me. Most likely, I would go insane without people and buildings around me because it is all that I have known for my life and I love it. I guess that Ty was right when he said that Gemma used to not fit in so well when she was younger, so she must know how to be partially sane while lonely. Amazingly, I admit that I have no clue what secrets Gemma will have in store later on in the book.
