Ty and Gemma Pages 212-299

  1. Gemma and Ty went through many emotional hardships during the end of this book. Ty was probably torn apart when Gemma was bitten by the snake. When she was bitten, he probably knew that he would have to give up Gemma and turn himself in. Ty loved Gemma, and I am not surprised of his choice to turn himself in to save Gemma. Though, I was surprised when Ty denied kidnapping Gemma. If he had turned himself in, he must have known that he was openly admitting that he kidnapped her by doing that. When Ty and Gemma were seperated, you could tell that it was troubling both of them because they loved each other. I do not know how Gemma emotionally allowed everyone to call him a monster if she did not think of him as one. Truthfully, I would have not been able to talk to anyone just so that I could organize my thoughts. It seems as though in Gemma's mind she does not really know what is going on, but all she does is go along with what everyone else says and tells her to do and everything is just a blur. In conclusion, I was not surprised when Gemma realized her feelings for Ty, but I do not understand how she is letting him go now that she has realized them.
